PromotingYourWebsite.com (hereinafter referred to as "PYW") does not support unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail (spam) in any form.

Any and all personal information rendered by a PYW visitor, subscriber, or customer (hereinafter referred to as "USER") or in correspondence to PYW is kept highly confidential and will never be given away, rented, or sold to any third party. Any and all personal information is for the records of PYW only. All past, present, and future correspondence between PYW and USER is sent only to those USERS who voluntarily opted-in to PYW's database of mailing lists ahead of time.

PYW collects information in various ways from those USERS who voluntarily subscribe using opt-in methods such as: Sign-up forms, inquiry or referral forms, registration forms, e-mail autoresponders from ads, surveys, contests, and so forth. The information collected may be used to send the USER information about our company, helpful information, tools and resources of interest, or to get with or contact the USER when necessary. USER agrees that by subscribing, corresponding, and/or communicating with PYW that any and all communications received from PYW to USER in the present and future will NOT be considered SPAM.

The information PYW collects is also used for internal review and is then either discarded, used to improve our content, such as: The content or layout of our Websites, ezines, eBooks, e-mails, audio, video, various tools, and/or any or all other mediums used in the present or future, or to better serve individual USERS themselves.

After opting into one or more promotions, products, service, etc. by PYW, if a USER wishes to update or change their personal information contained in the PYW database (e.g., a new last name, e-mail address, etc.), USER may contact PYW to update the PYW database.

1. If USER needs to update contact information, please reply back to the email address you received a PYW email from and tell PYW what needs updated.

2. If USER wants to opt out of an autoresponder(s), most every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email where USER can unsubscribe instantly and automatically.

Note: Please keep in mind that PYW runs several automated email lists. If USER has subscribed to more than one autoresponder but only unsubscribes from one, USER understands it's possible to still receive additional emails from PYW from any additional lists USER subscribed to in the past. USER must unsubscribe from each autoresponder individually as it comes or use the PYW form below to unsubscribe from all autoresponders at once.

3. If USER receives an email that doesn't have an unsubscribe link near the bottom, it means PYW manually sent it and has no means to automate USER's unsubscription. In such case, if USER wishes to unsubscribe please reply back to that particular email and include full name and all e-mail addresses that should be deleted from the PYW database. Include "UNSUBSCRIBE ME" in the subject line of e-mail.

Note: USER agrees to allow up to 7 days for PYW to manually update or delete USERS personal information from the opt-in database. Once finished, PYW at its sole discretion may send USER one last confirmation e-mail to let USER know they've been successfully unsubscribed and deleted from the PYW e-mail autoresponder database.

4. If USER wishes to automatically unsubscribe from all of our autoresponders at once on their own, USER can simply fill out and submit the form below:

PYW and all information, tools, and resources found through out our website, ebooks, reports, reviews, recommendations, referrals, e-mails, audio, video, or any other medium used in the past, present, or future, is published for informational purposes only.

All material contained at or through PYW was obtained from sources believed to be reliable. PYW always strives to ensure that all information and every resource is accurate. However, each USER has unique circumstances and interprets information differently. Therefore, USER agrees NOT to hold PYW responsible for USERS use or misuse of any and all information, observations, advice, suggestions, guidance, referrals, recommendations, reviews, programs, resources (catch all) rendered by, or contained in, at, or through out the PYW website, ezines, e-mails, ebooks, audio, video, private sites, or any other communications or mediums in the past, present, or future herein known or unknown

While all attempts have been made to verify the correctness of all information provided to or by PYW and information and resources contained at PYW'S Website, ezine, ebooks, e-mails, and other resources given out, rendered, or recommended by or through PYW, PYW assumes no responsibility for error, omissions, lack of care, default, negligence, or contrary interpretation of the subject matter herein.

PYW does NOT guarantee any results USER may or may not get as a result of following the observations, advice, suggestions, recommendations, etc. from, by, or through PYW. User agrees to test everything themselves and to use their own judgment and common sense and to assess any and all known or unknown risks involved and, whether good or bad, to take full responsibility for their actions, whether intentional or unintentional.

All material contained at or through PYW and/or its resources is copyrighted by PYW or its rightful partners and all rights are reserved. It may not be copied, used or modified by USER in any way shape or form without the expressed written consent of PYW and/or its appropriate partners. Any copyright violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All documents, files, applications and images are copyrighted and protected by International law. Legal action will be taken and a fine of up to $10,000 per incident, along with all court costs, will be assessed to any USER who infringes on a copyright, or knowingly or unknowingly degrades, defrauds, slanders the reputation or uses, what's deemed by PYW, inappropriate conduct which causes legal or financial trouble or damage to PYW and/or its rightful owners or partners.

While PYW does offer help, assistance, mentoring, and consultation in good faith, PYW does NOT engage in rendering any legal, professional, or accounting advice. PYW also stresses that any and all information contained herein may be subject to varying state, country, and/or local laws or regulations. All USERS are always advised and encouraged to do their own due diligence in research and retain competent counsel to determine which state, country, and/or local laws or regulations may apply to the USERS particular business applications of this material provided herein.

USER understands and agrees that any and all owners or partners of PYW shall NOT be liable nor held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages; including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if owners have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the information, product(s), and/or service(s) rendered by PYW, or any misuse of the information, product(s) and/or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

USER understands that some questions or comments asked by USER to the free PYW mentoring and consultation service may require a great amount of in-depth research or time which PYW may or may not currently have nor be able to render. In such case, and where applicable, PYW will get back with USER and either refer them to the pyw paid research service or recommend USER to a suggested resource or third party product or service who PYW feels is more competent than PYW for that particular USER need and/or can maybe give USER better assistance than PYW can.

The PYW free mentoring and consultation is intended as a resource to help its USERS in regards to setting up and promoting a business online more effectively and, at the discretion of PYW, can be modified or ended at anytime without consoling or contacting USER.

At the discretion of PYW, USER understands and agrees that PYW has the right to modify or end any and all terms and policies, products, services, (catch all) stated herein, in the past, present, or future, at anytime without consoling or contacting USER.

Financial information (such as a credit card number) is used to bill the USER for products and services. Unique identifiers (such as social security and/or tax ID numbers) are collected for tax-reporting purposes only, if applicable.

Any perceived slights of specific people or organizations is unintentional. If USER has any questions or comments for PYW in regards to PYW'S Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Legal & Disclaimer Notice, or anything else listed or unlisted hereunto, USER can contact PYW 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
